The UltraMax chop system utilizes low pressures (15 – 30 psi) to makes quality parts with minimal overspray and material waste. Configurable with patented FIT® (Fluid Impingement Technology), the system is the best-in-class for emission controls. With no splashing or bounce-back and less air entrapment, the UltraMAX Chop system produces a stronger, more uniform laminate. Rapid access design (RAD) provides easy maintenance and reliable performance.

Available in Internal and External Mix Configurations.
