Heaters have become essential in many composites manufacturing operations. The MVP heaters feature: lower flow rates, better control over temperature changes and an easy-maintenance design. Our heaters are thoughtfully designed to adjust to your operation, rather than having your operation adjust to your heater.

The MVP Clean Flow Heater (CFH) is designed to the allow higher flow rates, give better control over temperature change, and allow for easy maintenance. Simply adjust the temperature control to the desired level to maintain the temperature indicated on the external thermometer. There is a fluid filled bulb and capillary tube placed near the heater core to maintain a stable and constant temperature. The thermal limiter in the circuit is a safety feature that breaks the circuit to the heating element if the heater block temperature exceeds a safe level.
