Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is excited to return to the Composites and Advanced Materials (CAMX) trade show this September. As one of the largest exhibitors, we are excited to showcase our industry-leading fluid movement and production solutions. At the MVP Booth, BB33, visitors will explore a wide range of innovative equipment and technologies designed to enhance efficiency, precision, and performance in composite manufacturing.

MVP will feature an extensive lineup of products including its open and closed molding systems, adhesives and bonding solutions, and top-of-the-line systems for processing epoxy and urethane materials. Stop by the booth to see the newly launched Independent Pump Drive (IPD) System, boasting unparalleled accuracy and flexibility across various applications. The system seamlessly integrates with automated processes and is designed with a PLC controller, main hydraulic unit, and up to six fluid sections offering unmatched quality and consistency.

In partnership with LestaUSA, MVP will showcase a revolutionary self-learning robot solution. Visitors will be able to watch a robotic spray demonstration in the booth, showcasing the system’s simplicity and adaptability with no need for advanced programming. Operators can teach the robot directly in a weightless self-learning mode, achieving precise control over every aspect of production. From gun angles to trigger pulls, speed, and spray technique, the self-learning robot ensures consistent and high-quality outputs. Multiple recipes can be recorded in real-time and saved for future use, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity.

Continuing our tradition, MVP will lead demonstrations in the Closed Mold Alliance Demo Zone, highlighting the latest advancements in closed mold technology. MVP’s Closed Mold Specialist, Charles Tur, will return to feature demonstrations on SVB Seal technology and reusable silicone vacuum bag molding, highlighting MVP’s recent collaboration with Elkem to introduce a tailored silicone product for Flex Molding. The recently launched brushable and sprayable silicone provides a comprehensive solution capable of incorporating a full array of accessories for optimizing the silicone bag vacuum infusion process.

Join us at CAMX 2024 to explore these groundbreaking solutions and see firsthand how MVP continues to lead the industry in innovation and excellence. We look forward to welcoming you to our booth, BB33, and demonstrating how our advanced technologies can elevate your composite manufacturing processes.
