What’s New?

We look forward to the launch of two new solutions at the CAMX show

The first is the Secure Vacuum Bag (SVB) Seal, a reusable 2-part seal for the vacuum infusion closed mold process replacing single-use sealant tapes. The new patent-pending seal eliminates pleating and creates an air-tight seal with every part. In addition to reducing consumable waste, one SVB Seal can be used to build hundreds of parts before needing to be replaced, resulting in significant cost savings for manufacturers. Charles Tur, MVP’s closed molding specialist, will be leading live demonstrations every day with the SVB Seal at CAMX in the MVP booth T11.

Another new offering attendees will see is MVP’s CARE program, an innovative technical service solution to protect and maintain MVP equipment. MVP is renowned for its best-in-class customer service, and now MVP customers can take advantage of a variety of scalable service solutions designed to meet their unique needs. From scheduled preventative maintenance to full-time on-site support, CARE is a trusted service partner to keep production in peek condition. CAMX attendees can stop by booth T11 to learn more and experience the vending solution in action.

Tried and True Technology

MVP’s tried and true composite application equipment will be on display, along with the latest advancements in automation equipment. A tabletop filament winding display will be available to view in the booth to showcase MVP’s automation product line, which includes a variety of specialty systems for impregnation, flat panel production, and full-scale custom production cells.

Last but not least, MVP’s Reactive Additive Manufacturing (RAM) technology will be highlighted in the booth with a large thermoforming tool which was testing in a production environment. Stop by the booth to learn more about the advantages of large-scale additive manufacturing with thermoset materials.
