At CAMX 2025, Magnum Venus Products (MVP) will showcase how automation is evolving across its equipment portfolio to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability for composite manufacturers. This year’s exhibit focuses on integrated solutions that elevate production performance for both high-volume and specialized applications.

Advancing Filament Winding Technology

MVP will spotlight new developments in its MVP Motion line, including 4-axis filament winding. This high-performance technology supports both wet winding and prepreg applications, enabling consistent, repeatable layups for pressure vessel and structural component manufacturing.

Smarter Dispensing Systems

Automation-ready enhancements will also be featured across MVP’s tried and true meter/mix/dispense equipment. The INV3 Injection System brings automated controls, digital monitoring, and enhanced safety to precision injection. In addition, the Independent Pump Drive (IPD) system provides programmable logic, closed-loop feedback, and scalable flow rates, making it ideal for robotic and automated environments.

Improving Spray Performance with Nitrotherm®

MVP will highlight Nitrotherm® spray technology, which replaces compressed air with ionized, heated nitrogen. Already proving transformative in gel coat and chop applications, Nitrotherm improves transfer efficiency, reduces overspray, and enhances surface quality, helping manufacturers cut waste and emissions while achieving greater consistency.

Growing Industry Adoption of Flex Molding

Flex Molding continues to gain momentum across the composites industry, especially when paired with Elkem silicone membranes. Manufacturers are using these systems to boost part quality, reduce consumables, and streamline infusion workflows. Recent customer successes include BlueWind and Redneck Outdoor Products, both of whom have scaled production with MVP’s Flex Molding expertise.

BlueWind, which partnered with MVP’s closed mold specialist, Charles Tur, to implement production improvements, has been named a finalist in the 2025 CAMX Awards for Material and Process Innovation. Their SmartSkin System, developed using MVP-supported processes, is transforming large-scale composite molding and demonstrating how innovation and collaboration can drive meaningful industry impact.

Live Demonstrations in the Closed Mold Demo Zone

MVP will also take part in the Closed Mold Demo Zone at CAMX 2025. Attendees will see firsthand how silicone tooling and infusion technologies streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality. These demonstrations will showcase why the right closed mold equipment and processes matter for manufacturers aiming to scale production efficiently and sustainably.
