Magnum Venus Products has designed its precision-engineered meter/mix/dispense technology for Proxxima™ polyolefin thermoset resins systems, promoting efficiency and expanding access across the market.

Multiple MVP pumping systems are now available for customer trials, allowing manufacturers to experience firsthand the combined benefits of Proxxima systems and MVP dispensing technology in their own environment and application. These systems will support training sessions, process demonstrations, and collaborative development efforts designed to help original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and fabricators evaluate performance and processing advantages.

Proxxima systems is a low-viscosity, quick-cure material designed to deliver exceptional part performance and process efficiency. MVP engineers developed and validated a dedicated metering system optimized specifically for Proxxima systems. The result is accurate, consistent mixing and delivery that ensures precise resin infusion and repeatable performance.

“We’re proud to collaborate with ExxonMobil’s Proxxima team to help customers bridge the gap between chemistry innovation and application execution,” said Andrew Hedger, President of MVP. “MVP’s equipment is engineered for accuracy and reliability, and together with Proxxima systems, we’re delivering a turnkey platform that helps manufacturers move faster and smarter into the future of composites.”

“We’re aiming to make Proxxima technology readily accessible to our industry collaborators and prove its value across a range of processes,” said Matthew Loach, ExxonMobil Proxxima General Manager. “Teaming up with MVP allows us to accelerate the rate and pace of making that vision a reality.”

By combining Proxxima resin systems with MVP’s precision meter/mix technology, the collaboration offers a complete solution that enables improved processing and high-quality performance across diverse industries.
