Dallas, TexasMagnum Venus Products (MVP), the premiere manufacturer of composite MVP_Logo1application equipment, announced today at The Composite and Advanced Materials Expo (CAMX), that it is taking strategic steps to prepare the organization for rapid growth as the company diversifies its product portfolio, expanding into new markets. To support the expansion, MVP introduces the first single component pumping system, and launches a new brand identity. These strategic initiatives are designed to signify change within the company and reflect the innovative vision of MVP.

“MVP has always been known as the preeminent manufacturer of composite application equipment, and we have been a dominant force in the composites industry as a leading supplier,” said MVP Marketing Manager Peter Hedger Jr. “Now as we look to the future, building the base for strategic growth, we see huge potential by leveraging our expertise in R&D to innovate new product offerings that can lead MVP into new markets such as the polyurethane and other adhesives markets.”

In early 2016, MVP will begin offering the first single component pumping system along with a single component application gun, which will be available for dispensing from 5 and 55 gallons of materials. Manufactured with stainless steel components, this rugged machine will help cut down on wasted time in changing over cartridges. A new control box provides simplification and ergonomics to single component adhesives.

In addition to the launch of the single component pumping and application gun, MVP revealed a new brand identity including a newly designed logo and bold red color palate, a transition from its previous blue globe logo that initially evolved years ago when Magnum Industries acquired Venus Plastech in 2000. “We are so proud of our rich history, but we want to look ahead to the future and we want our company branding to be as innovative and compelling as the products we make and the industries we serve,” said Hedger Jr.

Knoxville, Tennessee based marketing firm CMOco worked with MVP to design MVP’s new branding including the new logo, the newly re-designed website, and all of the company’s marketing collateral.
