Location:
Paris, France. Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre

Dates:
May 3-5, 2022

Magnum Venus Products (MVP), a leading manufacturer of fluid movement and production solutions, is excited to return to JEC World, the world’s leading global trade show for composites, on May 3-5, 2022 in Paris, France. From innovative startups to large enterprise companies, attendees can network with advanced material experts, R&D leaders, and business decision makers. Convening world leaders in composites communities, JEC caters to various application sectors including aerospace, marine, transportation, defense security, home/furniture, electronics, energy, infrastructure, sports, medical, and more.

After more than three years since JEC World last took place, MVP is set to deliver a unique showcase featuring a multitude of enhanced products and processes; primarily, open and closed molding equipment, adhesives application systems, additive manufacturing technology, and custom automation solutions.

Back by popular demand this year, Closed Molding Product Manager, Charles Tur, will lead live Closed Molding demos every day at 11am & 3pm in the MVP booth (Hall 5 Stand V42). The demo will showcase MVP’s newest closed molding method called Fast Flow LRTM. Designed for high-viscosity resin, Fast Flow combines MVP’s Flex Molding Process with LRTM and uses a collapsible resin channel for faster resin flow, thereby decreasing injection time and nearly eliminating waste. Tur will demonstration the Fast Flow process to create a tramway front part.

In addition to activities in the booth, MVP’s Director of Product Development, Mike Kastura, will present Next Generation Mold Making with Thermoset 3D Printing on May 4th, 2022 from 10:00 AM – 10:25 AM in Agora 6. This presentation will showcase recent breakthroughs and real-world applications of 3d-printed thermoset molds and tools. Unveiled in 2019, MVP’s Reactive Additive Manufacturing (RAM) system is designed to enable cost-effective fabrication of thermoset materials at medium- and large-scale. The new model, named RAM 48, has a print area of four-by-eight-feet with modular, expandable four-by-four-foot sections to allow for custom build dimensions. A portion of MVP’s booth will showcase RAM 3d-printed molds that have been tested and proven in real production environments.

What else will you see in the MVP booth? Since its launch in June of 2020, MVP’s Catalyst Alarm has been in high demand. Compatible with MVP pumping, mixing and metering systems, the new monitor enables manufacturers to decrease material waste and better control cost. The catalyst alarm will signal if the catalyst pump fails to deliver a full portion of catalyst to the applicator or gun, ensuring an accurate mix ratio for each part. This product combats a variety of issues such as under-catalyzed parts, wasted material, and safety hazards. Don’t just take our word for it. Eddie Nabier of Sea Hunt Boat Company says, “The catalyst alarm paid for itself in the first twenty minutes of use. Having these types of safeguards in place not only keeps our production environment safe but it also reduces downtime and material waste, which in turn saves us money.”

Last but certainly not least, MVP’s automation equipment will be on display at JEC in an operating tabletop filament winding demonstration. Technical experts will be available in the MVP booth to discuss the latest automation technologies to speed your production and combat labor shortages. MVP’s line of custom automation solutions includes a variety of systems for specialty impregnation, flat panel production, and filament winding solutions.

Be sure to visit MVP located in HALL 5 BOOTH V42 for an opportunity to network with our experts and find out firsthand how our technology and systems makes us the leading composites equipment manufacturer. We can’t wait to connect with you at JEC World!
