Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is excited to announce its participation in JEC World, the premier international trade show for composites, taking place in Paris, France, from March 5th to 7th, 2024. At JEC World 2024, MVP will be located at booth Hall 5 5U58, showcasing a variety of enhanced products and processes. The exhibit will highlight open and closed molding equipment, adhesive application systems, epoxy and urethane systems, and custom automation solutions.
MVP will showcase its newly launched Independent Pump Drive (IPD) System. The IPD System sets a new standard for precision, delivering unparalleled accuracy and flexibility across various applications. Seamlessly integrating with automated and robotic processes, the system is designed with a PLC controller, a main hydraulic unit, and up to six fluid sections.
A highlight of the event will be MVP’s Charles Tur demonstrating closed molding innovations in JEC’s inaugural live demo area, Hall 6 T72. Renowned for his decades of expertise in closed molding, Tur will showcase cutting-edge techniques, including the construction of durable silicone membranes for superior results and the implementation of the cost-effective Secure Vacuum Bag (SVB) Seal, reducing waste and labor while enhancing part quality. Each demonstration will delve into specific closed molding methodologies, offering invaluable insights, best practices, and tailored solutions for optimizing production.
In the MVP booth you’ll also find the Granite System, a game-changer for transforming large-sized particles into sprayable granules. Featuring a straight-through gun design, this system minimizes material build-up, resulting in less maintenance. With low-pressure pumping ensuring precise catalyzation, the Granite System is the epitome of efficiency in composite manufacturing.
Additionally, MVP will spotlight its range of custom automation solutions, encompassing specialty impregnation, flat panel production, and filament winding solutions. Technical experts will be on hand at the MVP booth to engage in discussions about the latest automation technologies aimed at accelerating production and mitigating labor shortages.
