Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is thrilled to announce its participation in JEC World, the world’s most significant international trade show for composites, held in Paris, France, from April 25-27, 2023. The event provides an excellent opportunity for attendees to interact with advanced material experts, R&D leaders, and business decision-makers, from startups to large enterprises. JEC caters to diverse application sectors, including aerospace, marine, transportation, defense security, home/furniture, electronics, energy, infrastructure, sports, medical, and more, attracting world leaders in composites communities.
At JEC World 2023, MVP will feature a unique showcase of enhanced products and processes, such as open and closed molding equipment, adhesive application systems, additive manufacturing technology, and custom automation solutions.
MVP’s Closed Molding Product Manager, Charles Tur, will lead live demonstrations highlighting MVP’s Fast Flow LRTM technology and the recently launched Secure Vacuum Bag Seal (SVB Seal), a reusable two-part seal for the vacuum infusion closed mold process, designed to reduce consumable costs and waste, decrease time and labor requirements, and improve part quality and consistency.
Moreover, MVP’s newly launched Granite Spray System, the ultimate solution for processing materials with large-sized particles into sprayable granular coatings, will also be on display. The system features a unique straight-through gun design that minimizes material build-up and reduces maintenance time, while the low-pressure pumping system ensures accurate catalyzation and lessens wear on the system.
JEC attendees will also be able to learn about MVP’s new technical service solution, CARE. A tailored service to the unique needs of businesses. CARE Solutions come with flat-rate monthly fees for labor and parts and include scheduled maintenance, on-site support, inventory control, and more. The Scanner Program simplifies the purchasing process and provides monthly insights into inventory usage, while Vending Solutions allow for inventory control, waste reduction, and theft elimination. CARE was established to reduce manufacturing downtime by creating consistent parts availability and delivering regular maintenance on MVP equipment.
MVP will also showcase its line of custom automation solutions, including specialty impregnation, flat panel production, and filament winding solutions. Technical experts will be available in the MVP booth to discuss the latest automation technologies to speed up production and combat labor shortages.
