Optimize Your Closed Mold Production

These two and a half day training events will cover a variety of solutions and technical, hands-on demonstrations. Processes covered will include reusable bag/flex molding, fast flow LRTM, SVB seal, and more. These events are held at MVP’s new Manufacturing Center in Lenoir City, TN.

  • Flex Molding Process: Get hands-on and build a reusable silicone bag with injection and vacuum channels built in. Attendees will learn how to set up a bag for direct injection instead of using buckets. Learn to save time while increasing your production.
  • Secure Vacuum Bag (SVB) Seal: Eliminate air leaks by utilizing the SVB Seal instead of tacky tape to secure your vacuum when infusing a part with a plastic bag.
  • Fast Flow LRTM: Learn how to inject heavy-filled material and reduce injection time and resin filtration through the glass. No trimming needed after demolding.
Upcoming Training Dates:
