A New Name, A Stronger Team

To drive MVP Motion forward, we have assembled a talented team, led by our new general manager, B Jay Larson. With nearly two decades of experience in composite parts manufacturing, equipment, and raw materials, he brings extensive expertise in filament winding technology and equipment. His background includes a broad range of general and plant management, engineering leadership, process and manufacturing engineering, mechanical design, and product development.

Throughout his career, B Jay has focused on composites manufacturing, particularly in raw material production and industrial chemical processes such as carbon fiber, as well as manufacturing equipment that supports the composites industry. His leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing the MVP Motion product line and delivering greater innovation to our customers.

As part of our brand refresh, MVP Motion will align with our new company-wide dark-grey color scheme, creating a streamlined and cohesive brand across all MVP products. While the appearance has been updated, customers can continue to trust the same reliable MVP pumping technology that has set industry standards for decades.
