Siloject Silicone System
The Siloject 121 has been specifically designed to mix and dispense the Momentive Silopren RTV 2025 VBS material. As standard the machine is supplied with injection nozzle and rapid changeover-to-spray nozzle.

Features of this machine model include:
- 1:1 fixed ratio fluid pumps
- Built into trolley design, drum stainless steel support to accommodate A + B silicone components at rear of machine.
- Easy manouverability with 4 castor wheels, 2 of which are locking.
- Remote Injection/ spray head provides excellent manual handling.
- Two flexible fluid high pressure lines 3m length.
- Pistol grip gun requires single trigger action to start/stop injection or spray flow.
- Instrumentation and infinite variable regulation of:
- Pump output speed
- Spray pressure
- Built in emergency stop and reset controls to fully comply with EC conformity.
- Low maintenance requirement of fluid section due to the non-chemical aggressive nature of the Momentive silicone A + B components.
- Unique inlet hose and pick up wand design provides anti drip tips and reduces risk of air ingress between drum changes.
The Siloject 121 has been specifically designed to mix and dispense the Momentive Silopren RTV 2025 VBS Blue material. We can supply the material in 40kg packs 20kg A and 20 kg B components.
