Impregnator (Fiber Wetout System)

The M.V.P. Four-Roll Impregnator revolutionized the marine industry years ago. It continues to find application in the manufacture of boats of all sizes as well as numerous other non-marine products.

Best known for its high levels of productivity and efficiency, The M.V.P. Impregnator can contribute substantial savings of resin, labor and time to your production. The M.V.P. 4-Roll Impregnator's mechanically driven rollers and pneumatic drive systems produce superior products with uniform wetting and precise ratio control.

This unit can easily and efficiently deliver fiberglass fabric widths varying from 18" to 60" (45.7 cm to 1.5 m) in width. Depending on the materials used, the Fiber Wet-Out Unit can produce laminates with glass content of up to 55% by weight — much stronger than hand layup.
