Resin Bath Assembly

Resin bath assembly is included with any newly provided MVP winding machines. MVP also offers resin bath systems on existing non MVP machines. We can fit existing older and even non-MVP machines with our resin dispense system. This system includes the automatic mix and dispense system along with level controls and drum style bath with final fiber delivery.

Winding bath assembly provided capable of quick detachment for easy clean out. Kiss-roll design shall picks up resin from the winding bath and rotates up to contact adjustable gap roll, thereby providing accurate metering of resin-to-glass ratio. Resin roll gap is adjustable by the calibrated adjustment devices. Winding bath container is molded from plastic and is provided with a drain-out port for cleaning purposes.
