The Magnum Venus Plastech ("MVP") DP-1000 Dual Proportioner Epoxy/Hybrid Unit is the industry leader in precise, versatile internal mix technology applications for the composite industry. This unit beats the competition in its versatility and superior technology for reliable, precise metering.

The MVP DP-1000 is the best choice for materials metered at ratios between 1:1 to 4:1, or optionally of 2:1 to 8:1.

This unit processes various polyurethanes, hybrids and virtually any thermoset material that can be blended by static mixing and heat application.

Pressurized accumulators maintain fluid pressures at pump reversal for a steady delivery of material without surging or pulsing.

The dual rocking pump on the DP-1000 allows for presetting of continuously variable ratios. To change ratios, the operator simply turns a lead-screw to reset the stroke distance of the hardener pump. Safety override valve is standard with this unit.
