The M.V.P. Mini-Pro Chopper System features reliable low pressure delivery, easy setup, easy operation and easy maintenance with Magnum Venus Plastech’s renowned durability.
Featuring the famous M.V.P. Pro pumping system that utilizes a heavy duty stainless steel catalyst pump, this machine allows
the operator to adjust the preferred setting with ease. Catalyst settings can be made with a simple pin adjustment.
Designed to handle low-to-moderate volumes, the M.V.P. MiniPro Chopper is ideal when the high-volume capacity of the APS, UltraMAX™, or Patriot™ systems are not required. All M.V.P. Pro Series Choppers use the V-Pro 2000 highspeed reversing valve to ensure smooth changeover from top to bottom stroke.
The Magnum Venus Plastech ATC-4000 Series Actuated Gun is one of the most advanced guns available in the composites industry.
One adjustment, instant response and low maintenance are just three of the features of the ATC-4000 Gun. Air is moved into two chambers, through air refinement adjustments to move the two pistons forward or backward based on trigger position.
The needle assemblies, attached to the pistons, open and close the valves immediately eliminating lead or lag of catalyst spraying without resin. The simple design, few adjustments and high quality parts result in lower maintenance costs.
