APS features a 24-hour duty cycle, solid bearing piston guides, ACME thread adjustment, infinitely variable, internal or external mix and virtually maintenance free. The FIT® APS Chop System is ideal for low-pressure chop operations.

This systems allows the operator to make quality parts with minimal overspray and minimal material waste. With the APS pumping system, the MVP FIT® APS Chop system utilizes the lowest pressures (15 - 30 psi) on the market and the latest technology in emissions control: patented FIT (Fluid Impingement Technology). With a uniform laminate there is no splashing or bounceback, and less air entrapment, the FIT® APS system produces a stronger, more uniform laminate.

  • 0.75% to 3.5% by volume
