Designed to be used with spray, injection and recirculation applications, these stainless steel alarms allow the operator to set the sensitivity of catalyst flow, and is activated by the start of the pumping process. At the beginning of the next operation, the operator is able to reset the alarm with the simple push of the "restart" button.
These alarms are set at the factory for "typical" flow rates, but can be adjusted to accommodate a "low flow" or "high flow" rate. Once the operator determines the ideal flow rate for their production, the alarm is very simple to set to the lowest acceptable flow rate. If the flow drops below that, the alarm will sound.
Both of these rugged alarms are built to stand up to many operating hours, and to last for "the long run".
- Power Supply: 100 volt - 240 volt with 12 vdc output
- Connection: Jackplug on the box or to a machine control cabinet
- Flow Rate Indication Levels: As low as 6 ml/min (i.e. resin mix output of 1 kg (2lbs.)/min at 0.5% catalyst)
Auto machine stop feature that will automatically stop the machine when the flow drops below the indicated level.
