    Magnum Venus Plastech Flex Molding Process Training hosted by MVP distributor Castmech in Malaysia.  The comprehensive three day course featured classroom instruction in method and technology, hands on instruction in building the silicone membrane and ended with the injection of a finished part.  Attendance was at capacity, and comments were very positive.

    Magnum Venus Plastech partnered with MVP distributor for the United Kingdom MVP-Europe to conduct a Demo Day of Flex Molding Process for our U.K. customers.

    MVP distributor for Russia, Polymerprom LLC., conducted live demonstrations of Flex Molding Process in their booth during the JEC Moscow exhibition.

  • JEC 2011 Flex Molding Process Demonstrations

    Once again, Magnum Venus Plastech conducted live demonstrations in their booth at JEC 2011 in Paris, France March 29 - 31 featuring Flex Molding Process.  This year, the demonstration focused on how large parts can be infused using a split reusable silicone membrane rather than the "classic" infusion bag with tack tape.

  • Flex Molding Process Demonstrations at JEC 2010

    MVP conducted live demonstrations of the new Flex Molding Process during the JEC 2010 exhibition.  All six demonstrations, conducted twice a day over three days, were very well attended, and interest in this new way of using Infusion was high.

    In June of 2009, Magnum Venus Plastech, in cooperation with our distributor for South Korea Keun Yung, conducted our comprehensive 3-day Light RTM training at the facility of Cray Valley.

  • Light RTM Training in Italy - June 2009

    In June of 2009, MVP RTM/Infusion Technical Specialist Charles Tur in cooperation with MVP Distributor for Italy MVP Italia conducted a private Light RTM Training for CETMA, a training institute in Italy.  CETMA works to train its students in new industrial processes, materials and techniques.

  • New Zealand Boat Show - March 2009

    MVP RTM/Infusion Technical Specialist Charles Tur conducted LRTM demonstrations in cooperation with MVP distributor for New Zealand PJ Hobbs at the New Zealand Boat Show.

  • LRTM Training with Adel Polyester

    Magnum Venus Plastech, in partnership with MVP Distributor for The Netherlands and Germany CT Platon, recently conducted one-on-one LRTM training with Adel Polyester.  Using the latest materials supplied by Gazechim, Charles Tur worked with the technicians from Adel Polyester on tooling a LRTM mould and counter-mould.  This technical training walked the technician through each step in the tooling process, and included the injection of a finished part.  After a cure time of just one hour, the customer was very pleased with the quality of the finished product.
