M.V.P. Offers New Air Ejector for LRTM

Cornwall, U.K. - Magnum Venus Plastech (M.V.P.) Releases New Highly Efficient Air Ejector for LRTM Moulds

Through the years, many have attempted to improve the design of mould air ejectors used in Light RTM production, but none have truly succeeded…until now. MVP is pleased to introduce their new, innovative Air-Eject system.

Designed to fit and LOCK into the MVP Universal Insert, users are now able to choose the point of air ejection for their mould, and automatically lock the new Air-Eject into place in just seconds. Developed to meet the need for an easy and safe way to effectively install an air ejector, the Air-Eject's unique features include the ability to be installed at any mould face position that has an MVP Locksert with a "dummy" plug. The user need only unlock and remove the plug, insert and lock the Air-Eject valve, and the system is ready to assist with air ejection of the mould.

For small moulds requiring only one air ejector, the Air-Eject provides reliable sealing during operation and is easily removed when the mould is not in operation to use in another mould.

With larger moulds, 5 m2 and up, just one Air-Eject can be used in sequence to provide de-moulding assistance at several points in turn. Its unique rapid lock and unlock design allows the Air-Eject to be repositioned in seconds, providing a greater cost savings over multiple air ejection systems.

There is no other air ejector on the market that can provide the ease and confidence that comes with the Air-Eject. Just one more innovative moulding solution offered by MVP.
