M.V.P. Introduces New 5-Gallon Putty System

Magnum Venus Plastech is pleased to introduce another superior system - The Patriot™ 5-Gallon Chop Check Putty System.
The mix/meter system on this unit is designed to dispense medium viscosity polyester putty for MEKP cure, with an optional BPO cure system.
A steady flow of material, with no surging from the pull of the trigger to its release, is achieved with a balanced air motorand fluid section. The fluid section is driven by the 4.25" diameter Powerslide Powerhead, delivering a power ratio of 23:1. Dual pneumatic cylinders and dual plunger seals allow for the downward forces needed to feed the pump with the viscous materials currently used throughout the industry.
The adjustable slave pump drive offers a ratio range of 0.75% - 2.5% by volume. Also included in the system is a pneumatic 3-way valve safety override as standard. This valve turns the air supply to the pump on and off with the trigger pull and release.
The pneumatic trigger Pro Gun, with a rotating 440 hardened Stainless Steel valve rod and 3/8" (9.52 mm) diameter static mixer (10.75" (27.3 cm) long) is standard with this system. Other optional static mixers are available.
