M.V.P. Hosts 2006 International Distributor Conference

Kent, WA - Magnum Venus Products (MVP) Hosts Distributors from 20 Countries at Conference

Magnum Venus Products, world-wide leader in composites equipment manufacturing, hosted the 3rd MVP International Distributor Conference at the MVP-Technology Center in Kent, Washington October 3-5, 2006.

MVP Distributors from 31 different countries gathered in Kent to learn about the newest innovative technologies being developed by MVP. The many product improvements and developments introduced to the Distributors over the week included new filament winding technology, improvements in several existing MVP products, and, of course, Patriot™.

The excitement over the incredible potential of Patriot™ in the world market could clearly be felt as the week progressed. By the last day, the attendees were ready to head back to their home country and begin planning for Patriot's release at the ACMA Composites 2006 show in St. Louis and to the European market at the METS show in November.

Joan Tracy, Vice-President of Marketing and International Sales for MVP had this to say about the conference: "It is always exciting to have this many of our distributors from around the world in the same place. The experience and enthusiasm they bring to the table can be clearly felt. I know each of them is eager to begin selling Patriot™ to their customers."

Several of MVP's distributors who have been with the company many years were honored for their excellence during a banquet at the Columbia Winery. Those distributors were Matrasur in France, CT Platon B.V. in The Netherlands, MVP-Europe in the United Kingdom, MVP-Italia in Italy and MVP-España from Spain. Also honored were the distributors from Poland and South Africa, MVP-Poland and NCS Resins respectively, for outstanding growth over the last 3 years.

Overall, the conference was an outstanding success.
