Magnum Venus Products Releases Multi-Plex 1000 Multi-Axis Filament Winder at JEC 2005

The Multi-Plex 1000 takes the next step from the computer controlled 2-axis Ultra-Winder to a modular multi-axis winding control system.

The Multi-Plex 1000 features the ability to wind up to 6 axes at one time, a control system that can adapt to multiple machine configurations, the option to add a second mandrel unit and multiple spindles, the ability to manufacture parts from 20-inches in diameter to 60-inches in diameter and up to 20-feet in length, and much more.

The Multi-Plex 1000 would be the ideal system to manufacture:
