Kent Fiberglass Equipment Manufacturer Sells System into "Sister-City" Yangzhou, China

Kent composites equipment  manufacturer Magnum Venus Products (MVP) is excited to announce the sale of a  large fiberglass production system to Yangzhou Maxi-Cube Tong Composite Co.  Ltd. located in Kent's  "Sister City"  of Yangzhou, China.

The  Kent-Yangzhou Committee was formed in 1993, under the Kent Sister   City Association. The  formal agreement officially uniting the two cities in a sister city  relationship was signed in 1993, leading to a continuous exchange of  information and delegations in cultural, economic, educational, municipal, and  friendship interests.

Yangzhou  Maxi-Cube Tong Composite Co. Ltd. was established in 1996 as a joint venture  with Australian transportation equipment manufacturer MaxiTRANS to produce the  body panels used in their insulated, refrigerated trailers.

Earlier  this year, Yangzhou Maxi-Cube began a search for a new, highly efficient system  to increase production of their panels. Their search led them to the Magnum  Venus Products Reciprocator. The Reciprocator enjoys a reputation of superior  performance and versatility with manufacturers producing flat panels for a  variety of transportation and recreation products. This system's modularity  allows it to grow with the customer's production needs with a minimum of  additional cost or equipment.

With  the expanding composites market in China, MVP understands the  importance of having operations in-country to provide our Chinese customers  with the most innovative products and comprehensive service. To that end, MVP  opened a Representative office in Nanjing, China in June 2000 and a Sales and Logistical  office in Hong Kong in May of 2002. The Nanjing operation was  vital in introducing Yangzhou Maxi-Cube to MVP, and will be their partner  through the installation and training phases to take place at the end of the  year.

Magnum  Venus Products is proud to have been a small player in the "Sister City"  project, and looks forward to a continuing partnership with manufacturers in Yangzhou.
