Magnum Venus Products (M.V.P.) Adds Pressure Compensating Valve to PrecisionTECH™ RTM

Magnum  Venus Products is pleased to announce the addition of the Pressure Compensating  Valve to their PrecisionTECH^TM RTM line of products.

The  Pressure Compensating Valve allows resin injecting at fast initial fill rates  that are automatically reduced as back pressure builds up. Pressure damage to  molds is minimized while still filling the molds as quickly as possible.
 A  flexible resin hose brings resin pressure up to the Pressure Compensating Valve  where the main air supply to the pump is located. When the pump is started, a  full flow of air is released to the Powerslide power head and pumping begins.  If resin pressure increases, the automatic air regulator decreases air pressure  to the power head to prevent the resin from exceeding a preset pressure.

With the Pressure Compensating Valve, operators can rest assured that they will  achieve superior parts with another level of protection to their molds
