RTM Taken to the Next Level

Kent, WA - Magnum Venus Products (M.V.P.) Releases PrecisionTECH™ RTM at CFA 2003

Magnum Venus Products is proud to announce the  release of a comprehensive line of systems and services for RTM.

While highly efficient, Resin Injection (or Resin  Transfer Molding) is also one of the more complex processes for reinforced  plastics production. MVP has taken the complication out of the RTM process with  PrecisionTECH™ RTM.

PrecisionTECH™ RTM covers the entire process from  design consultation of the customer's unique system, to the training of  personnel after the system has been installed. To begin, MVP offers expert  consultation for the design of the customer's specific system, even up to designing  a turn-key line for larger operations.

After the initial needs have been determined and  designs have been completed, the expert MVP fabrication team will build the  part-specific TechLock™ Clamp system. For automation, the OptiLogic™ Control  and Uniport™ Injection Sprue will be incorporated.

PrecisionTECH™ RTM offers the most diverse line of  high-quality pumping systems available on the market. From the basic Pro Pump  ProVantage™ unit, to the high-volume Apex™ systems, Magnum Venus Products' systems  are able to grow with the customer's business.

Once the system is complete, MVP offers expert  training on the RTM process and the equipment in the operator's shop.

Whether the customer needs manual or automated  injection, Magnum Venus Products is the only manufacturer to cover Resin  Injection from consultation to installation.
