Kent, WA - Magnum Venus Products (M.V.P.) Supplies RTM: Preform to Injection

Magnum Venus Products has turned their 40+ years  of expertise in Resin Injection Technology to developing the most efficient,  innovative systems currently available.

MVP RTM units will process multiple materials  utilizing patented low-pressure injection technology. All MVP Resin Injection  Units feature the patented Hydraulic Injection System. This revolutionary  technology provides the industry's only true airless, internal mixing method.  These systems will perform continuous-flow metering while regulating metering  ratios, material mix and fiber wet-out.

Magnum Venus Products offers several different units  for Resin Injection, including: UltraMAX^TM RTM Unit, H.I.S. Hydrajector,  ProSeries Hydrajector, EPO-2 and DP-1000. Available options and accessories  include the Automated Catalyst Pump (ACP), Digital Resin Meter, Resin Heaters  and more. MVP will also build a Preform unit to the customer's specifications,  improving the production process and reducing material waste and cost.

MVP is the only company that can provide a complete  Resin Transfer Molding System - from Pre-form to Injection.
