Unique Interchangeable System to Fit Any Application

Kent, WA - Magnum Venus Products (M.V.P.) UltraMAX™ Systems A Hit

Magnum  Venus Products is pleased to announce that the UltraMAXTM Systems, released  during the Composites 2002 Exhibition in Atlanta, Georgia in September, 2002,  has enjoyed great success in the United States market. MVP is now ready to  introduce this superior technology to the rest of the world.

The  UltraMAXTM System is unique in its design, incorporating the quick shift  Powerslide Air Motor, Ultra Proportioning System (UPS) with stainless steel  catalyst pump and a rugged fluid section - all modular and interchangeable to  fit any application.

Customer feedback on the need for a system to meet  multiple configurations led the MVP Advanced Design Group to design an  ergonomic system, from the powerhead to the catalyst pump to the gun. The  UltraMAXTM System was the result.

The UltraMAXTM System is the first truly modular system  that can adapt to multiple applications and multiple configurations by changing  a minimum of components. For example, with the UltraMAXTM, should an operator  decide to add fillers to their raw material changing from a low to a high  viscosity material, the only component to change would be the powerhead.

The modularity of the UltraMAXTM System also extends to  the metering of catalyst. The customer can change from a standard catalyst pump  to an increased volume pump that will be a direct fit to the existing system.

At the heart of the design is the patented  low-pressure Fluid Impingement Technology (FIT®). Fluid Impingement Technology  reduces emissions levels to new lows, exceeding EPA requirements.

FIT works at power ratios of only 3:1 or 6:1,  eliminating spray atomization. Systems with power ratios over 11:1 will produce  high levels of atomization, essentially changing the system from impinge to atomized  spray. During testing, tip fluid pressures as low as 15 psi were recorded.

The UltraMAXTM System is available in both internal and  external mix for multiple applications including chop, gel, high-volume, RTM,  granite and more.

UltraMAXTM - One System, Multiple Configurations,  Endless Applications. UltraMAXTM can be viewed at the MVP booth (#F18/G13) at  the JEC 2003 Exhibition.
