Magnum Venus Products (M.V.P.) Releases New High-Volume Pumping System

Magnum Venus Products is proud to announce a new  edition to their superior line of products. Recognizing the need for a  hand-held high-volume unit, the M.V.P. Advanced Design Group has developed the  Modular 12:1 High-Volume Unit.

With outputs up to 20 lbs. per minute, this unit  allows for hand held use while operating at optimum pressures for high-volume  applications, thus extending the life of the pump.

The H.V. pump allows for applications requiring  increased flow rates to work at the pump's optimal pressures. This reduces  excessive wear on the pump due to friction. The longer stroke length means a  longer seal life. With FIT® at the heart of this system, fluid pressures are  significantly lower than any other pumping system available. The optimum  pressure for this system is 60 psi.

In the operator's hand -- the Maximus Gun. Utilizing  patented Fluid Impingement Technology (FIT®) and the latest in ergonomic  designs, the Maximus Gun was designed specifically for filled resins  applications. With larger porting, straight through material flow and carbide  needle, this gun holds up to the toughest operations.

The 12:1 High-Volume unit is available in both wet-out  and chop configurations. The chop unit is ideal for filled resin applications.

This system is well suited to the small to mid-size,  and was released in July, 2002.
